Follies 2019

Wesley was in Follies at his school on Friday night. He was in a group with his friends Michael, Ryan, Euan, Louie, and DJ. They performed to the songs Zero and Party Rockers and did such a great job!

World Down Syndrome Day

Wesley was "rocking his socks" for World Down Syndrome Day at his school.

St. Patrick's Day

Green bagels, shamrock cookies, green shirts, and green beer!

Pinewood Derby

Wesley participated in his first Pinewood Derby last weekend. He got second place! Our friend, Andy, helped Wesley design and build his car.

Happy Birthday Gail

Last night we went out to dinner to celebrate Gail's 80th birthday which is later this week. We went to dinner at Buona Sera and then came back to our house after for cake.

Both boys had great coaches for basketball this year. They had the same coaches they had last year. They both had nice boys on their team too. Brandon had a great defensive season and did score a few baskets. This was the first year that Brandon's age group was allowed out of the box on defense so it definitely was a big difference. Wesley scored his first two ever baskets this season too. Unfortunately the only picture I got is of Wesley's team since Brandon's team never got together for a team picture.

Dr. Seuss Week

Wesley had special days the whole last week of February for Dr. Seuss' birthday which was on March 2nd. This is always a favorite week for the kids. Now that Brandon is in middle school he didn't participate since it is only the elementary school that has the special days.

Monday- Dress like your favorite Dr. Seuss character. Wesley chose to dress like Horton Hears a Who this year.

Wednesday- Crazy Sock Day and Wear Red and White for Dr. Seuss
