First Day of School

The first day of school was on September 5th. Wesley has Mrs. Kelly for 3rd grade who is the same teacher Brandon had for 3rd. Brandon is in 6th grade now with lots of teachers since they change for every subject. The middle school does block scheduling so 4 classes on red days and 4 classes on white days.

We went to the Ocean Township Italian Festival a few days after we got back from the cruise. Most nights we were there with the fire department crew. One of the nights Wesley's friend, Olivia, came. We had a lot of fun at the festival as always.

Wesley FINALLY lost another tooth.

Marlboro Soccer Tournament- Wesley's new soccer team with Peninsula played in the two day tournament

We went to Asbury Park to see the Jonas Brothers record their performance for the MTV viewer's choice awards which was the next night. A stage was set up on the boardwalk for them across the street from the Stone Pony. They started off recording in the Stone Pony and then walked across the street while singing and ended on the boardwalk stage. At the end of their set there were fireworks on the beach. They went through their songs for the awards two times and then stayed to sing three more songs for the crowd.

We went on a one night vacation to the Poconos. First we hiked Hawk Falls Trail.

We then went to Hickory Run Boulder Field and walked partway across the rocks.

Another tooth is out! He finally has the gappy smile.

One of our last days at Deal Casino this summer with Laila. We had so much fun at Deal Casino this summer and can't wait for next summer.
