Devils game

The PTA from Wesley's school sold tickets for a Devils game last weekend as a fundraiser. We decided to get tickets to go to it. It was an exciting game. They were tied at the end so went into over time. At the end of over time it was still a tie so it went into a shoot out. It took many rounds but the Devils finally scored and won the game.

Monmouth Basketball

We went to a Monmouth basketball game in the beginning of February. Wesley saw some of his friends there who he wound up sitting with. One of my student's from this year and her brother who I had last year were also at the game. They were so excited to see me. We saw Ray Salnave score his 1000th point at the game.

January

January started off with New Year's Day at the firehouse. Brandon and Wesley had a lot of fun hanging out with their friends from the fire department. This is such a fun tradition every year.

The next day was Stu's birthday.

Rec basketball started. Both boys are having a great season. They both coincidentally got the same number.

We had a warm day in January so went to the beach to look for seaglass. Brandon was at one of his friend's brother's birthday parties which is why he didn't join us.

We went to a Monmouth basketball game. David Diehl, who used to be on the New York Giants, was there signing autographs before the game.

We went to the Liberty Science Center.

Escape Room

We went to an Escape Room over winter break. We didn't make it out of the room but it was still a lot of fun. Definitely something we want to try again.
