Dr. Seuss' Birthday

Dr. Seuss' birthday was on Friday. Brandon made a Cat in the Hat hat at school. I didn't see his hat until right before bed time so he wouldn't take his pacifier out for me to take a picture.

Mommy and Daddy's Bed

Brandon and Wesley enjoyed hanging out in our bed this morning.

8 Months Old

Wesley is 8 months old today. He is wearing size 12 month and 12-18 month clothes and a size 3 diaper. He eats 3 solids meals a day- fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, vegetable and oatmeal for lunch, and a vegetable/ meat blend usually for dinner. He drinks 5 bottles a day- usually between 26 and 30 ounces a day. His first tooth, one of his bottom teeth, cut through on Sunday so he hasn't been sleeping too great over the past few weeks since he has been teething. He is a happy baby most of the time and really entertains himself well by playing with his toys. He still LOVES Brandon. He has started to notice when I leave the room and is not happy when I do. Wesley is almost 20 pounds but I have no idea how long he is.

First Tooth

Wesley's first tooth finally cut through yesterday. It is one of his bottom teeth. He has been teething for a long time and has been waking up at night the past two weeks which isn't like him so I knew something was up. I think a top tooth might have cut through too but he won't let me look in his mouth to see. I will try to get a picture of his first tooth when I can.

Trenton Titans

On Friday night we brought Brandon to his first minor league ice hockey game. Stu and I went and both grandpas came with us. Brandon enjoyed watching the game and it was also mascot night. There were 15 mascots from all different teams so he really enjoyed seeing the mascots.
