Outstanding Citizen Award

Brandon got the Outstanding Citizen Award at school for the month of January. He worked so hard to get it and was so excited about it. He got a certificate and had breakfast with the principal along with the other students who got it for January.

Goodsports Winter Soccer

Wesley's winter soccer team had their last game last weekend. They came in first place in the finals so after the game they got trophies. Wesley had a great indoor season. He scored 8 points and was very aggressive when he played!

Later that night we went to MJ's for a fundraister for Wesley's soccer team. We had a whole section in the restaurant that was just his team.

Monmouth Basketball

We have been going to most of the home Monmouth basketball games this season. Most of the games we watch with Wesley's friend, Euan, and his sister, Ainsley. Wesley has been in a few dance contests during the games and this past game Brandon did the shooting contest where he tried to make a lay up, free throw, and 3 pointer (he successfully did all except the 3 pointer but was close).

Medieval Times

We went to Medieval Times to celebrate my birthday and Stu's birthday. My parents and Stu's parents came with us. We had so much fun! Our knight was the yellow knight and he won!

New Year's Day

We went to Stu's firehouse on New Year's Day. We saw the new officers being sworn in and then after they had an open house for residents of Ocean to attend along with other fire departments.

US Mint

We went to the US Mint in Philadelphia at the end of December. We got to take a free tour and see them making money. They were making pennies the day we were there.
