Shark River Field Trip

On Tuesday the third grade went on their field trip to Shark River. Parents were encouraged to go on the trip to help the students so I took a personal day from work to go. It was a fun trip. The first thing we did was help the students build screens to put in the water to sift through the dirt. We then went into the Shark River to look for fossils and shark teeth. Brandon was one of three kids on the trip that found a shark tooth!
